1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Big Hug Music Group website, including the BHMG Sync submission platform. By accessing the website or submitting music, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or submit content.

References to Big Hug Music Group, BHMG, BHMG Sync, we, us or our refer to Jeff Powell trading as Big Hug Music Group.

3. Description of Services

Big Hug Music Group provides music review and sync agency consideration, curated music selection, potential representation for sync opportunities, and industry introductions where applicable. Submission does not guarantee representation, pitching, placement, or commercial success.

4. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal right to submit the music, own or control the necessary rights, and that the submission does not infringe third party rights.

5. Music Submissions

You retain full ownership of your intellectual property. By submitting music, you grant Big Hug Music Group a non exclusive, royalty free licence to review and internally assess your submission for sync consideration purposes only.

6. Paid Submission Fees

Where a submission fee is charged, it covers review and consideration only. Fees do not guarantee representation or placement and are non refundable unless required by law.

7. Human Curation

All submissions are curated by humans. No automated AI system determines acceptance or rejection. Final decisions remain at our discretion.

8. Representation

If representation is offered, a separate written agreement will be provided. No representation relationship exists until that agreement is signed.

9. Warranties

You warrant that the music is original or properly licensed and that you have obtained all necessary permissions. You agree to indemnify Big Hug Music Group against claims arising from breach of these warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Hug Music Group shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability shall not exceed the submission fee paid.

11. Website Use

You agree not to upload malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or use the platform unlawfully. We reserve the right to suspend access where misuse occurs.

12. Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content remains the property of Big Hug Music Group unless otherwise stated.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
